original artworks for a limited edition of a music tape by LMAC( La Madame avec Le Chien ) - My 3 first drawings for a collective project by LMAC label.
The project is torelease a compilation of experimental music which contains around 15different tracks by various artists from belgium and abroad. This tape will be strictly limited to 222 copies for the world. The idea behind the artwork is tohave every single sleeve individually handmade by a bunch ofdrawers/painters/silkscreeners/carvers.

Project for my next exhibition
Ce projet est issu d'un travail de recherche né du hasard,de l'arrêt soudain de mon regard sur un geste quotidien quasi-automatique :enlever les cheveux du fond de la baignoire après la douche. J'ai suspendu unjour ce geste et me suis retrouvée contemplative devant ces dessins faitsd'arabesques et de courbes de mes cheveux sur le bord du bain.
Mon premierréflexe a été de capturer ces petites œuvres éphémères dues au hasard avec unappareil photo.
La photo permet de capturer ces formes éphémères, de garderun souvenir de chaque jour qui passe, non pas par un fait marquant, mais par ungeste quotidien récurrent mais qui laisse chaque fois une trace différente.
Ensuite est venue l'envie de me réapproprier ces formes parle dessin et la peinture mais également de sculpter, de jouer avec cette matière,de créer de la forme à partir d'un geste quotidien presque inconscient.

Un geste quotidien qui laisse une trace différente à chaquefois …
Recréer à partir d’une perte …
